Physical Therapist Job in Wilmington, NC – Shoreline Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist PRN to join our team. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about helping patients improve mobility, restore function, and enhance quality of life through personalized care. This position will primarily provide coverage for staff PTO and additional support based on patient volume.

Position Overview:
The Physical Therapist PRN will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role requires a compassionate, motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to clinical excellence.
Compensation: $36-$40/hour

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Commitment to providing compassionate care to patients
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Valid North Carolina state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics; background or certification in MDT preferred
Skills:
- Efficiency in treatment and documentation in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
- Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients’ progress
- Record and document patient care services
